The Role:



We are recruiting for a commercially minded and data-driven Performance Marketing Manager to join our digital team. You will be responsible for managing high-budget paid campaigns across multiple platforms, with a focus on driving acquisition, maximising return on ad spend, and scaling performance through continual optimisation.

You'll have the freedom and responsibility to shape strategy, test new approaches, and work closely with our eCommerce, CRM, and content teams to ensure paid activity contributes directly to revenue growth.

This is a hands-on performance marketing role -- ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, knows how to get results from paid media, and wants to play a key role in the digital growth of a leading eCommerce brand.

Key Responsibilities:



Plan, execute, and optimise paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, and other platforms Own performance for paid search, shopping, remarketing, paid social, display and affiliate campaigns Manage 6 figure monthly budgets, ensuring campaigns are delivered efficiently and profitably Continuously improve CTR, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates through data-led testing and iteration Collaborate with internal teams (SEO, CRM, Content, Web Dev) to align messaging and landing pages Build and refine audience targeting strategies, including custom segments and lookalikes Monitor platform performance, competitor activity, and market trends to inform strategy Report on campaign results, providing actionable insight to key stakeholders and the wider business Work with third-party tools and platforms to scale efforts (e.g. feed management, bid automation, analytics tools)

Key Skills:



3+ years hands-on experience managing high-budget paid media campaigns (>100k/month) Expert in Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max), Meta Ads, and other key channels Strong analytical skills and experience with GA4, Looker Studio, Tag Manager, and attribution tools Proven ability to scale acquisition campaigns profitably and sustainably Skilled at building, testing, and optimising creative and copy for multiple channels Comfortable working across multiple platforms, audiences, and campaign types Excellent communication skills and ability to present performance clearly and confidently 3+ years experience with HubSpot for Ads reporting (desirable) Experience with feed management tools, dynamic remarketing, or affiliate networks (desirable)
