At Onestream, we're hiring a Performance Marketing Manager, a brand-new role where you'll build, own, and scale our acquisition strategy from the ground up.

This is a role for a hands-on performance marketer who thrives on testing, optimising, and delivering measurable results. With strong investment in paid channels and a business eager to grow, you'll have the freedom to run experiments, refine funnels, and drive predictable, profitable customer acquisition.

The role



As Performance Marketing Manager, you will take full ownership of Onestream's performance marketing and acquisition strategy. Your mission:

Drive high-quality, profitable leads at scale Build a paid marketing engine that reduces dependency on affiliate channels Improve conversion across every stage of the funnel Strengthen retention through effective customer communication and lifecycle marketing
This is a blend of strategy, execution, and optimisation: running campaigns yourself, shaping propositions, analysing performance data, and ensuring we meet ambitious commercial targets.

You'll collaborate closely with development, finance, operations, and senior leadership, so strong communication and stakeholder management are essential.

What you'll be responsible for



Leading and optimising all paid channels across PPC, paid social, YouTube, and native Building a scalable, high-performing lead generation strategy Managing and improving affiliate relationships (price comparison sites, lead suppliers) Developing full-funnel journeys that convert, from ad to landing page to onboarding Running always-on testing across creative, copy, targeting, and funnels Overseeing email and SMS for remarketing, onboarding, and lifecycle optimisation Ensuring brand consistency across performance and communications Managing website content, landing pages, and UX improvements to maximise conversion Owning and allocating the marketing budget with clear ROI accountability Conducting competitor and market analysis to identify opportunities and stay ahead

What we're looking for



Essential



Strong written and verbal English (GCSE-level or equivalent) Minimum 5 years in a senior marketing role Proven experience in performance marketing, paid social, PPC, and lead generation Hands-on expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, email marketing, and affiliate management Experience in consumer services with monthly recurring revenue Ability to build ROI models, forecast performance, and present business cases Commercially confident, comfortable talking numbers, analytics, targets, and optimisation Highly motivated, ambitious, and driven by measurable growth Skilled communicator able to report clearly to non-marketing stakeholders

Desirable



Degree in marketing or business Google or Meta platform certifications Experience reporting directly to senior leadership (MD/CEO/COO)
