The Role: Performance Marketing Manager




You'll predominately be focused on driving growth through data-driven campaigns, customer acquisition across Google, Meta & perhaps some other paid channels.



The ideal candidate is has a really excellent understanding of digital channels, is an excellent communicator and understands how paid marketing fits into the wider marketing mix.

Responsibilities:



End to end campaign ownership:

Take full ownership of campaign planning, execution, and performance analysis to drive growth for predominately DTC brands, across key platforms such as Google, Meta and TikTok.

Data-driven decision making:

Use insights from performance metrics and wider dashboards to inform strategies, optimise campaigns, and identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.

Collaboration & stakeholder management

: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Brand Founders and internal teams to align campaign objectives and deliver impactful results.

Innovation & Testing

: Develop and implement testing plans to refine strategies and keep campaigns forward-thinking and effective.

Account management:

Develop and maintain strong client relationships by consistently delivering results and providing strategic growth advice.

Experience/Skills:



Proven success in growth management, particularly for DTC brands, with a focus on customer acquisition and revenue growth. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to use data to optimise performance and inform strategic decisions. Exceptional communication skills, with an ability to build and maintain client relationships. Extensive, hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and tracking software. Familiarity with SEO techniques and A/B testing to optimise campaign funnels and customer journeys. Experience managing and mentoring a team, with a focus on development and performance improvement is preferred. Background working in fast-paced startup or agency environments is a plus.

This is a contract role, on a freelance basis, remote starting asap. We do require all our team to be available to be in London at least one day every fortnight.


We make offers dependent on location and experience. Our brackets are brackets, so offers will be at all levels within the range.
