Mimeo is seeking a data-driven Performance Marketer to accelerate customer acquisition and revenue efficiency across both mature and emerging markets. This is a hands-on, analytical role focused on optimising ROI, improving lead quality, and identifying scalable growth opportunities. You will act as both strategist and practitioner - designing experiments, interpreting data, and turning insights into actionable performance gains.
Key Responsibilities
Growth Experimentation & Channel Optimisation
Design, execute, and optimise performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
Build and manage structured A/B and multivariate experiments to test audiences, messaging, and creativity.
Develop repeatable playbooks for both mature markets and new growth areas.
Identify and scale winning campaigns while continuously trimming low-ROI spend.
Data Architecture & Performance Insights
Integrate campaign data with analytics and CRM platforms (GA4, Looker, Salesforce, Freshsales) to achieve full-funnel visibility from impression to revenue.
Monitor lead quality, pipeline progression, and conversion metrics to optimise ROI.
Partner with the BI and sales teams to translate marketing data into actionable commercial insights.
Refine attribution models and reporting to highlight true incremental performance.
Lead Generation & Conversion
Develop high-quality lead acquisition strategies aligned with regional sales priorities.
Optimise conversion journeys - from ad creative and landing pages to form flow and nurture.
Continuously improve lead scoring and audience segmentation based on real sales outcomes.
Cross-Team Collaboration
Work closely with content, design, and regional marketing teams to align campaigns with messaging and brand goals.
Partner with sales to close the loop on lead quality and improve qualification efficiency.
Share learnings and frameworks across Mimeo business units to raise global marketing maturity.
Budget Efficiency & Scaling
Manage channel budgets to maximise impact - increasing lead volume and quality without proportional spend growth.
Track cost per lead, cost per acquisition, and return on ad spend to ensure continual improvement.
Identify automation opportunities to streamline optimisation and reporting.
Person Specification
Required Skills & Experience
Proven hands-on experience in performance marketing with measurable revenue impact.
Deep knowledge of paid media platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn) and analytics tools (GA4, Looker, Power BI).
Strong analytical ability and comfort interpreting data to inform commercial decisions.
Experience integrating campaign data with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Freshsales) for attribution and pipeline tracking.
Competent in A/B testing, audience segmentation, and conversion rate optimisation.
Budget management and ROI optimisation expertise.
