The Role
We've been recognised in The Sunday Times Tech Track 100 and are the UK's fastest-growing direct operator of car parks. Now, we're looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to help us drive even more growth.
As our Performance Marketing Manager, you'll play a key role in scaling our paid media efforts. You'll lead paid search, Meta, and Reddit campaigns while optimising landing pages and using data to drive measurable outcomes. Reporting to our Head of Marketing, you'll collaborate with product, data, and sales teams to bring your strategy to life -- and ensure every click counts.
How to make an impact
Own and execute paid media campaigns across Google, Meta, Reddit and more.
Optimise bidding, targeting, and budget allocation to hit ROI and growth targets.
Lead A/B tests and landing page optimisation to boost conversion rates.
Analyse performance, spot trends, and translate insights into action.
Work cross-functionally with product, data, and sales to align marketing with business goals.
Stay ahead of the curve by adopting new tools, tech, and AI capabilities to evolve our paid media strategy.
About you
4+ years' experience in performance marketing roles.
Proven success driving growth through PPC, paid social, and CRO.
Strong data skills -- you love analysing, testing, and optimising.
Confident using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and A/B testing platforms.
A continuous improvement mindset with an appetite for learning.
