Job Description

We're hiring a

Performance Marketing Manager

to own and optimise our

PPC and SEO

activity end-to-end. This is a hands-on role with clear accountability for

qualified leads, cost efficiency, and pipeline contribution

.

You'll be responsible for building and scaling high-intent demand through

Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads

, while developing a strong SEO foundation that drives consistent inbound leads over time.

This role reports directly to the leadership team and works closely with sales.

Key ResponsibilitiesPaid Media (Primary Focus)

Own and manage

Google Ads

(Search first; Display/YouTube a bonus) Plan, build, and optimise

LinkedIn Ads

campaigns for B2B lead generation Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, ad copy testing, and landing page optimisation Continuously optimise for

cost per lead, lead quality, and conversion rate

Manage and forecast paid media budgets efficiently
SEO (Secondary but Essential)

Own the

SEO strategy

across technical, on-page, and content-led SEO Identify keyword opportunities aligned to buyer intent Work with internal or external resources to improve rankings and organic traffic Track and report on SEO performance and lead contribution
Measurement & Optimisation

Own

GA4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking

Ensure accurate attribution from click ? lead ? opportunity Report weekly and monthly on performance, insights, and next actions Make data-driven decisions and test continuously
Sales Alignment

Work closely with sales to understand

lead quality and conversion

Adjust targeting and messaging based on real sales feedback Participate in regular sales & marketing alignment meetings
What We're Looking ForEssential

3-6+ years hands-on experience in

PPC and SEO

Strong experience with

Google Ads

and

LinkedIn Ads

Proven B2B lead generation experience (SaaS or software preferred) Comfortable being accountable for

results, not just activity

Strong analytical skills and confidence working with performance data Experience improving conversion rates and lead quality
Desirable

Experience marketing data, SaaS, or technical products Knowledge of CRM integration (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) Experience working with small, agile teams or scale-up environments

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Freelance

Pay: From 20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 30 per week
