What this role is all about

You'll lead performance marketing across our key channels, bringing in new customers, improving retention, and making sure our campaigns are delivering strong results.

You'll need to be just as comfortable analysing data as you are coming up with creative ideas. You'll work closely with our internal team and external partners to make things happen and help us grow.

What you'll do

Work with creators to produce ad content that performs and feels on brand Manage paid social, email marketing, affiliates and brand partnerships to hit growth targets Use data to guide strategy (competitor activity, audience insights...) Test and tweak copy, targeting, and creatives to improve results Run tests on performance landing pages and learn from what works (and what doesn't) Help manage budgets and pacing across channels with the Head of DTC Growth Stay on top of platform updates and new tools to keep us ahead Share regular performance updates with the wider team Help build a culture of testing, learning and collaboration
