Performance Marketing Lead

who can help us take things to the next level.

What You'll Do

As our

Performance Marketing Manager

, you'll own and scale our entire digital acquisition and retention engine across multiple brands.

Your responsibilities will include:

Paid Media & Acquisition:

Managing and scaling paid campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other platforms to drive quality leads and sales.

Copywriting & Creative:

Crafting ad copy, landing pages, and email/SMS campaigns that convert like crazy.

Retention Marketing:

Owning email, SMS, and CRM flows to maximise customer LTV and repeat purchases.

Data-Driven Decisions:

Analysing performance, running A/B tests, and continuously optimising for ROAS and CAC.

Collaboration:

Working directly with our founders and marketing team to launch campaigns, products, and funnels.
This is

not

a role where you'll just manage ads -- this is a

full-funnel growth position

where you get to be the brains behind scaling multiple 7-figure brands.

About You

To thrive in this role, you should be:

Ambitious & Growth-Obsessed

- You love scaling brands and obsess over performance metrics.

Highly Skilled in Paid Media

- Experience managing budgets of at least 30k+/month across Meta, Google, and TikTok.

A Copywriting Pro

- You understand how to write ads, landing pages, and emails that sell.

CRM & Retention Savvy

- You know how to set up automated email/SMS flows that drive repeat business.

Analytical

- You love digging into data, spotting trends, and running experiments.

Fast-Moving & Entrepreneurial

- We're a growing company; you'll have freedom, but also responsibility.
Experience in beauty/aesthetics is a plus but not required. What matters is your ability to
