Performance Marketing Manager 
 To support continued growth, we are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to join our expanding Digital team. 
 Location: Ideally commutable 3 days / week to Chesterfield or Manchester
 Job type: Full time, permanent. 35 hours per week
 Salary: 45k to 50k (depending on experience)

About the Role 
 To support continued growth, we are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to lead CNS Media's Paid Media function strategically and commercially. 
 Reporting to the Digital Commercial Director, you'll be responsible for driving client success, team development, and departmental profitability. You'll oversee a team of paid media specialists delivering results across Google, Meta, Bing, YouTube, TikTok and more, leading with strategy, insight, and innovation. 
 This is a senior-level opportunity for someone who can balance leadership, strategic direction, and commercial awareness ensuring our Paid Media offering continues to set the industry standard.
