About the Role



We're looking for a data-driven, hands-on

Performance Marketing & Media Buying Manager

to join our growing team at

JT Trading Services

, overseeing campaigns across our brands -

Forex Masterclass

(CPD-accredited trading education) and

JT Markets

(our global brokerage).

This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives on scaling campaigns, optimising ROAS, and driving measurable performance across multiple platforms. You'll manage large-scale budgets, execute full-funnel ad strategies, and work closely with our leadership team to shape creative and strategic direction.

Key Responsibilities



Plan, execute, and optimise paid media campaigns across

Google Ads

,

Meta

, and other channels (TikTok, Bing, Reddit, etc.). Manage and scale monthly ad spends, ensuring profitable ROAS and acquisition targets. Manage campaign strategy, audience targeting, and creative direction for both Forex Masterclass and JT Markets. Set up and manage

tracking, pixels, retargeting, and conversion optimisation

across all platforms. Collaborate with our

videographer and creative designer

to brief, test, and refine creatives for maximum performance. Occasionally create quick-turn creatives using

AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney) and Canva

for testing and agility. Experience with Wordpress CMS to update landing pages as required. Monitor campaign performance daily, analyse key metrics, and produce detailed performance reports. Make proactive recommendations on

budget allocation, platform opportunities, creative testing, and offer optimisation.

Stay ahead of platform updates, algorithm changes, and emerging marketing trends to keep our campaigns performing at their peak.

About You



Proven track record managing

large-scale campaigns (of at lease 80k+/month)

across Google and Meta. Deep understanding of

tracking, attribution, and retargeting setup

. (Experience with

Hyros

is a strong plus.) Comfortable analysing performance data, drawing insights, and making strategic recommendations. Strong knowledge of

creative best practices

across multiple ad formats. Confident working with AI tools, Canva, and similar platforms to produce quick assets when needed. Highly organised, detail-oriented, and results-driven. Excellent communication skills with the ability to present insights clearly to senior stakeholders. Entrepreneurial mindset - comfortable wearing multiple hats in a small but fast-growing environment.
