Conduct A/B testing, analyse campaign performance, and adjust strategies based on data insights. Provide regular reports and actionable insights to stakeholders. Stay updated on industry trends and emerging ad platform features.

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum 4 years of experience in performance marketing, with a proven track record of managing digital ad campaigns. Experience managing budgets of 10,000+ per month. Expert-level knowledge of META Ads and Google Ads. Experience building and optimising landing pages using ClickFunnels, HubSpot, or similar platforms. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. Experience in ad creative production (video and static) or proven ability to collaborate effectively with creative teams. Excellent project management and organisational skills.
