SUMMARY OF THE ROLE






We're looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to take ownership of our digital marketing activities across Europe. This is a new in-house role designed to drive campaign performance and deliver smarter, more effective digital marketing at scale.



You'll manage and optimise multi-channel paid media campaigns, improve website and landing page performance, and collaborate with our regional marketing teams and external agencies to tailor campaigns for different markets. With an eye for analytics, you'll help us better understand how our digital activity contributes to leads, conversions, and ROI.

OVERVIEW OF

ACCOUNTABILITIES



Paid Media & Search:



Plan, execute, and optimise campaigns across Google Ads, Display, and LinkedIn Conduct keyword research, create ad copy, and manage budget allocations A/B test creatives and landing pages to improve performance Reduce CPA and improve conversion rates across campaigns

SEO & Website Performance:



Work with content and regional marketers to improve organic visibility Manage SEO audits and action technical improvements Track site performance and page experience (Core Web Vitals, bounce rate, etc.) Collaborate with web developers or manage CMS updates where needed

Analytics & Reporting:



Own performance dashboards and campaign tracking (GA4, HubSpot, etc.) Set up and manage UTM structures, conversion tracking, and attribution models Report monthly and quarterly on campaign performance and actionable insights

Marketing Automation:



Lead email campaign workflows in HubSpot Support lead scoring, segmentation, and engagement automation

Collaboration:



Work with regional marketing execs (DACH and Benelux) to localise and target campaigns Brief and coordinate with agencies on high-value projects where needed Collaborate with content and creative roles to produce effective assets

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE



Essential



2-4 years' experience in a performance or digital marketing role Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and SEO (on-page and content-focused) Confident using Google Analytics (GA4), Search Console, Tag Manager, and UTM tracking Familiarity with HubSpot or other marketing automation tools Data-driven mindset with ability to interpret and act on insights Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable managing projects independently Strong communication and collaboration skills

Experience working across multiple markets/languages

Technical Product Knowledge:

Understanding of technical products or willingness to undergo training and self-improvement in this area.

WORKING PATTERN:




Days: Monday to Friday


Hours: 37.5 hours per week between 9am - 5pm


Lunch break: 30 minutes unpaid
