About the Role



We're looking for an experienced

Performance Marketing Specialist

to join our small team, managing the paid media and SEO activity for a leading multi-site

children's activity and gymnastics brand

.

You'll take ownership of their digital performance strategy -- spanning Paid Social, PPC, and SEO -- to help grow memberships, drive enquiries, and build awareness for their clubs and community programmes nationwide.

This role offers genuine flexibility: choose your working hours, work from anywhere, and focus on delivering measurable results that make a visible difference to a fast-growing, purpose-led client.

What You'll Do



Paid Social:

Plan, build, and optimise Meta and Instagram ad campaigns across multiple locations, ensuring creative consistency and high ROI.

PPC:

Manage Google Ads and YouTube campaigns, refining keywords, ad copy, and landing pages to maximise conversions.

SEO:

Oversee on-page SEO and keyword strategy, coordinate with content teams, and provide recommendations to improve organic visibility, owning the technical SEO implementation

Reporting & Insight:

Track and interpret campaign performance, delivering clear, actionable insights in monthly reports.

Budget & Strategy:

Work with the agency lead to allocate budgets effectively and identify new growth opportunities across digital channels.

Client Collaboration:

Join regular calls with the client's in-house marketing team to align campaigns with seasonal launches and local promotions.

What You'll Bring



Proven hands-on experience managing

PPC and Paid Social

campaigns (agency or client-side), ideally for a multi-site business. Solid understanding of

SEO best practices

and analytics tools (GA4, Semrush, Search Console, etc.). Strong reporting, analytical, and budget management skills. Excellent communication and time-management -- comfortable working independently. A creative and proactive mindset, with an eye for detail and performance improvement. An interest in family, fitness, or children's activity brands is a bonus.
