The new People and HR Service Delivery function operationalises and enables HR processes to ensure a consistent and high-quality colleague experience. It serves as the primary gateway for all HR needs for colleagues and people managers, it focuses on efficiency and colleague experience by seamlessly running full employment cycle processes as part of the People and HR Service function.


You will support the delivery of initiatives from the Talent, Culture, and Performance Community of Expertise. You will contribute to the design and definition of new activities to ensure operational viability and facilitate the implementation of these policies, products, and services.


This role is crucial in driving organizational success by ensuring the seamless mobilization and integration of resources into business-as-usual operations.


You will collaborate with the Talent Centre of Excellence (COE) to align and drive the implementation of the agreed Talent strategy, focusing on talent outcomes for Senior Leaders and all colleague levels, including succession, mobility, readiness, and skills development.


Skills and Experience You'll Need:

Ability to implement and manage end-to-end performance strategies, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and integration with key touchpoints Expertise in executing, improving, and refining performance management cycles to drive continuous improvement and sharper delivery Proficiency in managing talent outcomes for various levels within the organization, including succession planning, mobility, readiness, and skills development Knowledge of assessment methodologies for hiring, talent identification, and role assessment, ensuring inclusivity and data-driven outcomes Skills in designing and delivering training and support programs to enhance the capabilities of managers and colleagues * Ability to develop and maintain reporting mechanisms to track and communicate the effectiveness of initiatives
