Performance Test Analyst

Rate: \xc2\xa3360pd - \xc2\xa3400pd inside IR35

Duration: 6 months initially

Due to continued growth, we are looking for a Performance Test Analyst to join our London based delivery team.

As a Performance Test Analyst you should have excellent non-functional testing skills as well as development knowledge. You will have exposure to performance engineering and a great understanding of software architecture and must be able to apply your knowledge of tools/techniques to support the various stages of the performance testing life cycle.

Essential Experience

• 4-5 years hands on performance testing experience
• Confident using tooling such as JMeter, SmartMeter.io, Neoload and Gatling
• Proficient in using one or more development language (eg Java, JavaScript, C#, Python)
• Experiencein manual System Integration Testing (SIT) as well as Performance Volume Testing (PVT)
• Solid understanding of version control systems
• Cloud technology experience such as AWS and/or Azure
• Competent in Root Cause Analysis
• Solid understanding of system architecture, knowing that performance issues may be present anywhere
• Ability to adapt to the situation/tools/technologies
• Solid understanding of web technologies and protocols including microservices
• Experienced working within a waterfall environment
