What you'll do

Provide personal care and companionship to people in their own homes Support with medication and daily routines Help clients build skills, confidence, and independence Be a friendly face, a listening ear, and a trusted presence Keep clear records to ensure safe, consistent care

What we're looking for

A kind, compassionate nature and genuine desire to help others Good communication skills and reliability UK driving licence and access to your own car (essential) Experience working in home care or similar role within health and social care
