Our Peripatetic Service are seeking to appoint a Support Assistant, working 24.50 hours per week in Sherwood Court . This essential service works 7 days per week, 52 weeks a year, providing the best possible quality of care in the community.

The successful person will be prepared to work a 2-week rota which includes evening shifts

(15:00-23:00).

The hours of work are on a rota basis, and the position does include weekends and bank holidays with enhanced rates of pay, and opportunities for overtime.

This post is subject to the Fluency Duty under Part 7 of the Immigration Act 2016. The post holder is required to demonstrate a proficient level of fluency under the Duty as detailed within the job specification for the post".

It's essential you have GCSE Grades D-G in Maths & English or Functional skills level 1 in maths & English.

If you don't have the essential qualification Level 2 in Health & Social care or equivalent in the relevant field for the position don't worry!

The successful candidate will be given a comprehensive induction programme, full training to deliver high standards of care, and we will fund the qualification for you on successful completion of the probation period.
