The Role

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic

Part-Time English Teacher

to join our team on a permanent basis. You will be responsible for delivering engaging English lessons to students aged 11-18, both online and in person. The role offers between

4 and 10 hours per week

Key Responsibilities

Plan and deliver engaging English lessons tailored to individual student needs Teach both online and in-person (travel may be required depending on student location) Set regular homework and provide constructive feedback Track student progress and adapt teaching strategies accordingly Communicate regularly with the Libra Education team and provide updates on student performance Foster a supportive and motivating learning environment

Requirements

Relevant teaching/tutoring experience in English Strong subject knowledge of English Language and Literature (KS3, GCSE, A-Level desirable) Confident teaching both in-person and via online platforms Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Highly organised and reliable Passionate about education and student progress
