Job Overview
We're looking for a friendly and motivated
Sales Assistant
to join our team. You'll help customers find what they need, keep the store looking great, and make sure everyone has a positive shopping experience. If you enjoy working with people and being part of a fast-paced team, this could be the perfect role for you.Responsibilities
Welcome customers and help them find products. Provide information about items, promotions, and services. Handle sales transactions accurately and efficiently. Keep shelves stocked and displays clean and organised. Assist with deliveries and stock checks. Answer customer questions and resolve any issues. Work with the team to reach sales goals and provide great service. Opening/Closing of the shop.
Skills and Qualities
Good communication and people skills. Friendly, helpful, and positive attitude. Organised and able to manage tasks well. Works well in a team and independently. Basic maths skills for handling cash and payments. Previous retail or customer service experience is helpful but not required -- training provided.
Rate of pay NMW+20p
Hours per week:
Sunday: 9.45-4.15 (30minute break)
Monday: 12.00-5.15
Tuesday: 12.00-5.15
Wednesday: 12.00-5.15
21.75 hours per week
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: 7.55-12.21 per hour
Expected hours: 21.75 per week
Work Location: In person
