Job Description

We currently have vacancies for Production Operators at our new site based in Nantwich.

Reporting into the Production Team Leader, you will be an integral part of the manufacturing team working within the production, warehousing, and distribution areas of the business.

Duties:

Building products to specification following build sheet instructions

Ensuring goods are built to a high-quality standard

Packing & labelling of finished goods

Removal & storing of finished goods

Replenishing components

Removing waste from production, warehouse & general areas

Cleaning & general housekeeping

Adhering to health & safety requirements

To take on any other responsibility or task that is within the employee's skill set and ability whenever reasonably instructed.

Requirements:

Able to work to tight deadlines

Diligent

Excellent attendance and timekeeping

Experience of working with 5s or LEAN principles (desirable)

Use of barcode scanners (desirable)

Previous experience working within a manufacturing environment (desirable)

Able to use air tools and pallet trucks (desirable)
