This is an exceptional opening for an experienced recruiter to take advantage of key client accounts that includes Balfour Beatty, Morgan Sindall, Vinci, BAM Nuthall and Costain amongst other to build a profitable desk. Essentially, they are seeking an experienced consultant with excellent candidate attraction and account management skills. Salary £25,000 to £40,000 (DOE), Commission Structure to 30% (no threshold), Car Allowance, 25 days holiday. Pay rises based on billing performance. Grown-up environment without restrictive KPIs.
