Job Overview

We are an independent estate agency seeking an individual who is able to commit to a permanent Saturday position. Much of your day will be spent showing prospective buyers around our client's homes. When office based, duties include interviewing prospective buyers to understand their requirements, advising on suitable properties that we have for sale, scheduling and conducting viewings. In addition, there are general office/administrative duties that need to be carried out. Your day will involve a mix of working autonomously and also with a small team of friendly colleagues.

Responsibilities

Interview prospective buyers, clearly record their requirements and offer suitable properties. Liaise between our sellers and buyers to arrange viewings. And then show the buyers around the relevant properties. Provide clear and concise feeback to our sellers after each viewing has been conducted. General customer service/administrative duties.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not essential as ongoing training provided. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail. A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and task completion. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities throughout the day.
