Job Description

We have an opportunity for Senior Residential Support Workers to join our team in our Children's home in Neath, Port Talbot, supporting up to 4 Young People with Emotional & Behavioral Disorders. The homes are based in a semi-rural location to ensure a safe and therapeutic environment for the individuals they support.

To be a successful Senior Residential Support Worker, you'll need:



QCF/NVQ Level 3 Health and Social Care (Children and Young People). Minimum of 1 years' experience working in Care. A willing attitude and a caring, reliable nature. Compassion and empathy. Enthusiasm to promote independence and choice. A strong work ethic, flexibility, self-motivation, and resilience. Excellent communication skills. Due to the requirements of the role the minimum age requirement for the role is 22 years of age. Full UK manual driving license (This is essential due to the needs of the Young People we support).
