FACILITATOR

Salary

starting salary 23,118 for 35 hours

Fixed term contract until 31st March 2027, continuation of post is subject to funding.

Particular interest for those working in the following sectors: Police, Prison Service, Probation, Youth Offending or Social Services.

Purpose of the post

- To co-facilitate a programme to men who are perpetrators of domestic abuse. Experience in this field would be advantageous however full training will be provided.

Early Family Intervention Programme - (E-FIP)

Threshold DAS is a charity that supports individuals and their children affected by domestic abuse. Threshold has reached an exciting point in its development by using a holistic family approach. As part of this expansion we are seeking to appoint dynamic individuals who have experience of working with challenging individuals, families and perpetrators of domestic abuse; to enable them to break the cycle of domestic abuse and sexual violence. The primary focus of this programme will be on the safety of women and their children.
