We are seeking a highly organised, proactive, and trustworthy
Personal/Administrative Assistant to the Owner
of a growing pharmaceutical business operating nationwide. This role is critical in supporting the owner with administrative, reporting, and operational tasks across the wider pharmacy group.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable handling a wide range of responsibilities, from day-to-day administration to data analysis and ad-hoc business requests.
Key Responsibilities
Provide direct personal and administrative support to the company owner
Manage emails, calendars, meetings, and scheduling across multiple pharmacy locations
Prepare and maintain documents, spreadsheets, and reports using
Microsoft Excel and Word
Pull, analyse, and summarise operational, financial, or performance data from pharmacy locations
Assist with reporting related to sales, staffing, stock, or compliance as required
Coordinate communication between the owner, pharmacy managers, suppliers, and external stakeholders
Support general administrative tasks and ongoing business projects
Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
Respond to ad-hoc requests and priorities as directed by the owner
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a relevant subject
(e.g. Business Administration, Management, Finance, Data Analytics, Healthcare Management, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field)
Strong proficiency in
Microsoft Excel and Word
(including formulas, formatting, and reporting)
Comfortable analysing data and producing clear, accurate reports
Excellent organisational and time-management skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
High level of professionalism, discretion, and reliability
