I'm looking for a friendly, organised person to help me stay on top of life, business, and creative projects. This is a
personal assistant role
with a mix of accountability check-ins, light admin, and project support.
I'm informal by nature and will hire more on
personality
than a polished CV -- if you're Type A and friendly, you'll be the right fit.
Responsibilities:
Accountability & Check-ins
: keeping me on track with goals, deadlines, and to-dos (short WhatsApp/Notion updates during the week).
Time keeping
: responsible for keeping within the allocated hours and communicating what tasks are and are not possible for you.
Light admin
: email/message monitoring, Canva tweaks
Creative/Project support
: I run a swimwear start-up and do social media/marketing management.
Time & Pay
10 hours per month
(?2.5 hours per week).
Budget:
150/month

Remote, but
Dunfermline/Edinburgh-based is preferred
for the occasional in-person catch-up.
Mostly flexible with set windows for check-ins. NOT an on-call role.
Freelance

Friendly, approachable, not afraid to nudge me.
Comfortable with Canva, Notion, Instagram and basic online admin.
Happy to work flexibly across personal admin, creative projects, and business support.
