Job Description

Are you an experienced, high-performing PA looking for a fresh challenge supporting senior leadership across finance, compliance, and marketing? We have an exciting opportunity for a proactive and professional Personal Assistant to join our dynamic team in Bournemouth.
In this pivotal role, you'll provide high-level support to the Finance Director, Head of Risk & Operations, and BD & Marketing Director--helping to drive smooth day-to-day operations and enabling strategic focus. You'll manage complex diaries, prepare key documentation, liaise with internal and external stakeholders, and ensure deadlines are met with efficiency and discretion.
You'll also play a critical part in compliance processes, finance administration, and business development coordination--working across multiple departments to ensure seamless support.

What you'll be doing:


Providing top-level PA and organisational support to three senior stakeholders Managing diaries, meetings, travel, and communication across multiple functions Drafting and formatting professional correspondence, reports, and briefing materials Supporting regulatory compliance processes (e.g. SRA notifications, mySRA updates) Assisting with finance and insurance administration, subscription tracking, and banking coordination Preparing agendas, minutes, and follow-ups for key internal meetings Acting as a trusted point of contact--handling sensitive and confidential matters with professionalism

What we're looking for:


Proven experience as a Personal Assistant supporting senior leadership or multiple stakeholders Impeccable attention to detail and strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent time management, organisation, and multi-tasking ability High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) A discreet and proactive approach with the ability to handle confidential matters A collaborative, can-do attitude and strong sense of initiative
