Join the founder of Betty & The Brands, a bold concept store in the heart of Brighton championing over 20 sustainable and independent fashion brands. This role is about more than admin--it's about practical, hands-on support that enables a neurodivergent creative founder to work at her best.

About the Role



You'll work closely and in person with the founder--either in the Brighton shop or nearby office space. You'll be the organised counterpart to a fast-moving, ideas-driven entrepreneur.

This role is funded through the government's

Access to Work

programme and is designed to support a neurodivergent founder in staying organised, focused, and on top of both business and personal logistics.

What You'll Be Doing



Manage and maintain the founder's calendar, schedule, and reminders Sit in on meetings/calls and track action points or follow-ups Keep inboxes organised and respond to key communications Support with coordinating brand relationships, admin and onboarding Organise files and systems using Google Drive or similar Help with occasional errands, events, and general admin Keep the founder accountable to priorities, self-care, and deadlines

What You'll Bring



Naturally organised with an obsession for structure and efficiency Confident using tools like Google Drive, Microsoft Office, calendars, etc. Reliable, professional and proactive--someone who gets things DONE Strong written and verbal communication skills Comfortable working closely with someone with ADHD At least

2 years' experience

as a PA, EA, or similar support role

Bonus if you have:



Experience in creative, fashion, retail or startup settings Familiarity with Canva, Notion, Trello, or productivity tools An understanding of neurodivergence or supporting someone with ADHD
