What You'll Do

Support adults in their own homes with tasks such as:

Friendly companionship and conversation Light meal prep, housework, or medication prompts Personal care - maintaining dignity and respect Trips out for hobbies, errands or a breath of fresh air
Each carer is matched with individuals based on personality, availability, and shared interests - so you can build real rapport with people you enjoy spending time with.

What We're Looking For

You don't need professional care experience - what matters most is your character.

We're looking for people who are:
? Kind, calm and dependable
? Observant and caring
? Trustworthy and confident working one-on-one
? Drivers with access to a car (business insurance advice available)

We're currently looking to welcome Personal Assistants with availability for evenings and alternate weekends, as these are key times when support is most needed by our clients.

Whether you've worked in care, hospitality, beauty, customer service, or childcare - if you naturally go the extra mile for others, this role could be a great fit.

The Role at a Glance

Self-Employed

- choose your own regular hours and clients

Up to 16/hour

- fair, consistent pay with no hidden deductions

Minimum 2-hour visits

- you're never booked for 15, 30 or 45-minute slots

Consistent visits

- build strong relationships over time

Focus on evening and alternate weekend availability

Optional bank hours
