The Role: Personal Assistant

As a Personal Assistant, you'll provide care and support to individuals in their homes and communities. You'll help with daily living tasks, promote independence, and provide compassionate care, making a genuine difference in people's lives.

You'll be part of a friendly, supportive team in a company that truly values and invests in its staff.

Key Responsibilities:

Accompany Clients on Social Visits Prepare meals and maintain a clean, safe environment Administer medication as outlined in care plans Offer companionship and emotional support Perform light housekeeping duties Monitor and report any changes in clients' conditions Collaborate with families and healthcare professionals Occasionally Deliver personal care (bathing, dressing, mobility assistance)

Ideal candidates will have:

A naturally caring, empathetic personality Strong communication and teamwork skills The ability to follow instructions and work within safety regulations A full UK driving license and access to a vehicle Flexibility with working hours

Previous care experience is not essential - full training is provided.
