To support our expanding team, we are seeking a dedicated Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to our CEO. This role is ideal for an organised and proactive individual looking for a long-term opportunity.
Key Responsibilities:
Executive Support:
Provide day-to-day PA support to the CEO, including arranging and scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and prioritising tasks.
Administrative Duties:
Handle electronic filing, take meeting minutes, and maintain updated project folders to ensure efficient operations.
Accounts Support:
Assist with invoicing and data entry to support financial operations.
Marketing Support:
Collaborate with Marketing Team for website updates, CRM management, event planning and social media management to enhance online presence.
HR Support:
Manage administrative tasks related to candidates, new starters, and leavers, including organising IT setup and other HR-related administration.
Reporting:
Assist in compiling reports and presentations as required by the CEO and other team members.
Education/Knowledge:
A-level educated (or equivalent)
Minimum of 3 years of administrative experience (essential)
Proficient in IT systems (essential)
Experience in accounts, marketing, or sales (desirable)

Highly organized with excellent time management skills
Professional telephone manner and strong communication skills
Positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to take initiative
Ability to work to deadlines and prioritize effectively
Strong work ethic and punctuality
Systems Capability:
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel
Familiarity with social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn
Working Hours:
Part-time initially (1-2 days per week), with the potential to transition to full-time as the role evolves.
