As a PA you'll support fee earners across a variety of functions, including diary management, client liaison, document preparation and various customer checks.

You'll support Partners and Fee Earners by delivering a comprehensive administrative service that allows them to focus on client work.
Responsibilities include diary management, coordinating internal and external meetings, preparing papers, monitoring inboxes, handling calls, and organising travel. You will also assist with financial admin such as billing, financial requests, and reporting, as well as supporting business development and marketing activities.
You will work collaboratively with other PAs and support compliance processes including AML and CMI. Full training will be provided so you feel confident in the work you are doing.
Previous PA experience is required and legal PA experience is a plus but not essential.
