About the role

We are looking for reliable, outgoing, vibrant individuals to provide care, and support to a young adult lady with various elements of life in their own self-contained home. The successful candidate will be provided with training to provide the support including:

Social Support

- Assisting to engage with communities by planning and attending outings for leisure activities such as, shopping, eating out, day centres, bowling, cinema, swimming etc.

Medical Support

- Administering and monitoring medication.

Personal Care

- Assist maintaining wellbeing by promoting their personal care which would include showering, dressing, arranging visits with professionals such as dentists, doctors or opticians, assisting with incontinence care.

Practical Support

- undertaking daily household tasks such as general housework, laundry, ironing, cooking, shopping.
The role will primarily involve 24-hour shift patterns with a sleepover between 22:00 to 08:00, and will support our client when required during those hours.
