Job Overview


We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support our executive team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional administrative skills and have a strong background in office management. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism. The Personal Assistant will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including calendar management, event planning, and project coordination, ensuring that the executive's day-to-day operations run smoothly.

Duties



Manage and maintain executive calendars, scheduling appointments and meetings as necessary Coordinate and plan events, ensuring all logistics are handled efficiently Provide executive administrative support, including typing, proofreading, and transcription of documents Handle bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks to maintain accurate financial records Perform data entry and clerical duties to support office operations Maintain organized filing systems for easy retrieval of documents Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace for document creation and management Answer phones with professionalism, managing multi-line phone systems effectively Assist with customer service inquiries and front desk responsibilities as needed Support project coordination efforts by tracking progress and deadlines

Experience



1-2) years of Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in an administrative role is required Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook Calendar for scheduling purposes Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills for interacting with clients and team members Previous experience with event planning and project coordination is preferred Knowledge of DocuSign for document management is a plus Ability to work independently while being a collaborative team player

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 24,274.83-28,005.21 per year
