We are seeking a caring individual to provide support to a 36-year-old lady in her own home in Kendal. She is happy, loves art and music, and has a great sense of humour.

The lady has a dog and a hamster and needs support caring for both animals. Your role would be to support her during her day-to-day life, helping her maintain her independence. Experience in working in care is desired but not essential.

We are seeking an individual who can establish clear boundaries and is comfortable working as part of a small, friendly team. We provide 24-hour support for all our staff members, including regular team meetings and supervision.

Shifts available include

08:30-16:00

15:30-22.00

21:30-09:00 (waking night)

22:00-07:00 (sleep)

We are looking to initially recruit someone to provide support on a bank/zero hour basis which may lead to a permanent contract.

Ideally, the successful candidate will be able and willing to provide cover flexibly to our schedule where required.

16 per hour (currently under review) and 93.78 per sleepover.

Weekend Enhancement - time and a third.

Bank Holiday Enhancement - time and a half.

Full training will be given.

Full driving licence is essential.

Position subject to having a satisfactory DBS enhanced disclosure.

Pay: 16.00 per hour
