We are looking for a Full-time Personal Assistant, a proactive, intelligent and hard-working individual, with experience using Microsoft Office and social media platforms.
Ideally with an interest in working within the Defence and Law Enforcement Industry.
The role would suit someone who is super organised and proactive who thrives on keeping things running smoothly, enjoys multitasking and has strong organisational skills, you will coordinate with the management team and engage in planning according to the needs of the company.
The Candidate must be diligent, discreet, and professional, with a high respect and understanding for Client confidentiality.

Key Duties & Responsibilities
Handling and responding to all correspondence including phone calls, emails and letters
Scheduling appointments and organising diary entries
Setting reminders for meetings, appointments and other important tasks
Making travel and hotel arrangements
Planning Workshops, Open days and other events
Taking notes at meetings, preparing the minutes and subsequently distributing to all participants
Preparing expense reports and maintaining a filing system
Any Ad Hoc duties as required by the Management team
Essential
Competent using Microsoft Systems
Must have Full driving licence and own vehicle
Passport
High level of attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to take direction and work both independently and collaboratively
