Drivers licence essential due to our rural location.

Personal Assistants (Support Workers) have the most important role within Enable by making a positive difference every day to the lives of the people we support. No two days are the same for our Personal Assistants but what we can guarantee is that you will be supporting someone who requires support to achieve their goals and outcomes - whatever they may be!



Each person we support has different support requirements, so your role as Support Worker may include assisting them with various aspects of personal care, moving and handling or positive behavioural support whilst expanding their social networks and connections.



Enable creates a bespoke team around every individual we support, and our team of Personal Assistants work collaboratively to ensure the safety, wellbeing and aspirations of the people we support are met.

We currently support seven people across three beautiful large homes to live an independent life and support them to be part of the wider community. Milltown is a beautiful community surrounded by wildlife and a small community farm. The people we support are involved in keeping their homes and gardens to a high standard and would like you to part of that! The people we support have various disabilities such as Autism, Myotonic Dystrophy, Fragile X and learning disabilities.



We are looking for a PA who has a genuine interest and commitment to the people we support's development and engagement in their home and community.



The ideal candidates would be compassionate and nurturing, they should have a positive outlook on life and a person centred approach.



Milltown Community is a unique setting, with a variety of shift patterns and support needs. We have a dynamic team that thrives on supporting the continued independence of the the people we support.
