Executive Personal Assistant



At ENGIE, we're leading the charge in the energy transition, and we're looking for a dynamic Executive Personal Assistant to support our leadership team in this mission. Your role will be crucial in ensuring smooth operations and effective communication at the highest levels of our organization. What you will do


Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Managing Director, Station Manager, and Senior Leadership Team

Manage complex schedules, arrange meetings, and coordinate travel for senior executives

Handle confidential correspondence and communications with internal and external stakeholders

Organize high-level conferences and events, including hosting corporate executives and local dignitaries

Prepare and maintain accurate minutes for Company Council and Senior Leadership meetings

Manage and monitor the management budget, with purchasing responsibility up to 5k per month

Act as the first point of contact, screening calls and handling inquiries with discretion and professionalism


What you will have


Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant in a corporate environment

Relevant administrative or business qualification (e.g., NVQ Level 3, BTEC, or equivalent)

Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in English (Welsh language skills are a plus)

Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications and adaptability to new office technologies

Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain impartiality

Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to interact professionally with senior executives and external partners

Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently under pressure


Job Based In


This role is based on-site at Dinorwig to provide direct support to our leadership team.
