Join our Mental Health and Court of Protection team at David Gray Solicitors as a dynamic and highly organised Personal Assistant.
We are looking for someone with excellent time management skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment. This role requires a natural multitasker who can juggle various responsibilities and stay on top of multiple diaries, appointments, and deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide daily administrative support to solicitors, managing client files and correspondence
Handle complex diary management, booking appointments, and coordinating meetings (in person and via Teams)
Liaise confidently with clients and third parties, progressing matters where appropriate
Manage documentation, filing (electronic and paper), and prepare legal bundles using PDF and e-bundling tools
Assist fee-earners with time recording, billing, and ensuring compliance with legal standards
Work closely with the wider team, contributing to a collaborative and supportive office environment
What we're looking for:
Strong organisational and multitasking skills - you're someone who keeps everything running smoothly
Confident communicator, both written and verbal, with a professional and friendly approach
High attention to detail and a proactive attitude
Previous experience in a legal or professional services environment is desirable but not essential
