Job Description
The Best Connection are recruiting a PA/ Administrator (Part Time) for our client based near Ripon. This role is expected to start in January and would become a permanent position for the right candidate.
Duties include:
- General admin duties, such as answering the phone, dealing with emails and liaising with the Managing Director
- Assist with events management
- Liaise with the Logistics Coordinator with regards to re-order processing and stock management
- Interact with customers
- Experience of using Microsoft packages, such as Word and Excel
- Very service focussed as there will be a lot of interaction with clients and customers
- High attention to detail and be able to plan and organise effectively.
- Monday to Friday
- 9am till 1pm
- 20 hours a week
- Some flexibility on work times available
- \xc2\xa313.00 - \xc2\xa315.00 per hour dependent on experience
- On-going assignments
