Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, office manager, or in a similar administrative role, with a strong ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.

Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritise tasks in a dynamic environment.
Confidence in managing a variety of administrative duties, handling both day-to-day operations and longer-term projects.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders professionally.
High proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM systems, along with the ability to learn new tools quickly.

Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support to Management Team: Provide direct support to the Director, managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and making travel arrangements. Assist with administrative tasks such as preparing documents, reports, and presentations.
Project and Office Development: Take a hands-on role in the development of the office environment, working on initiatives to improve efficiency, enhance operations, and support business growth. Help drive key office projects forward with minimal supervision.
Communication Management: Handle internal and external communications professionally, managing correspondence and ensuring timely follow-up on important matters.
Schedule and Calendar Management: Coordinate and manage the schedules of the Director, clients and key stakeholders, including meetings, appointments, and events. Ensure that all tasks are organised efficiently.
Client and Stakeholder Interaction: Serve as a key point of contact for clients and external stakeholders, ensuring professional interaction and strong relationship management.
Vendor & Supplier Management: Coordinate and manage relationships with external suppliers, ensuring high-quality services and timely delivery.
Office Operations & Logistics: Ensure the smooth running of office operations, including managing office supplies, equipment, and general office upkeep. Liaise with contractors and service providers to maintain office facilities.
Document & Compliance Management: Maintain organised records, ensuring important documents are filed and managed in accordance with company policies and regulatory compliance.
Problem-Solving & Task Management: Manage a combination of tasks, projects, and responsibilities, using your initiative to prioritise effectively and solve problems independently as they arise.
