Job Summary


We are looking for a highly motivated, creative, and organised Personal Assistant to support operations across our small businesses. This is a dynamic, hybrid role ideal for someone who thrives on variety, takes initiative, and can turn ideas into successful outcomes with minimal management input. The primary focus of this position is to create, plan, and execute strategies that keep our diaries consistently full, driving activity, engagement, and growth within our companies.

No two days are likely to be the same. The role involves supporting a wide range of daily tasks as well as running errands when necessary. You will work closely with management during the planning stage, and once aligned on the vision you will take full ownership and ensure everything runs smoothly with minimal supervision.

This is a highly autonomous role that requires exceptional organisation, foresight, and initiative.

Key Responsibilities:



Provide personal and administrative support across the businesses



Proactively plan, develop, and implement ideas to support business growth



Plan, organise, and host activities, events, and parties



Take ownership of projects and ensure successful execution with minimal supervision



Manage and maintain a full diary, scheduling clients, activities, and events



Oversee email management and professional correspondence



Manage all social media platforms, including; Creating and posting content, Engaging with audiences and Supporting growth of our online presence



Answering and assisting with telephone calls when needed



Act as a key point of contact for staff and clients, ensuring smooth operations

Confident working independently, taking initiative and ownership of tasks



Creative thinker with strong planning and execution abilities



Experienced and comfortable with social media platforms

Friendly and confident when dealing with guests, clients, and suppliers



A forward thinker with strong contingency planning skills (Plan B / Plan C mindset)



Able to prioritise and structure workloads to maximise time, ensuring deadlines are met with time for review and adjustments



Comfortable juggling a wide variety of tasks in a changing environment
