Summary

A rewarding 1:1 role in a friendly working environment, supporting a female, for 28 hours per week

About the role:

I am 33 year and enjoy being in the garden, or just generally being outdoors, I also love music.

I like to remain active, attending the gym and going for a swim to maintain strength as best as I possibly can.

I require a wheelchair and have various medical diagnoses but regardless I don't let this get in my way of getting out and about and enjoying life with my son.

I do have numerous medical appointments and support around organising these around my every day will be helpful.

I am keen to remain organised both with medical appointments and home life.

The kind of person I am looking for:

Someone who is happy to work in a varied and changing role, no 2 days will be the same, some days can be busy and you will need to use initiative.

Having experience in a similar role will be of benefit, but not essential, having the right attitude is more important.

Being quick to learn and happy to be on the go will be of benefit.

The right person will be able to be silly and fun but know when we need to be serious.

You need to be compassionate, respect boundaries and adhere to confidentiality.

Enhanced DBS check will be required before starting, the cost of which will be met.

Full UK driving licence is required.

Days and Times required

28 hours Monday-Friday (sometimes weekends) hours will vary to fit around appointments mostly during the day
