Job Description

We are seeking a highly organised, proactive, and capable Personal Assistant to support the Clinic Director at Yorkshire Skin Centre. This is a key role focused on managing administrative workload, supporting clinical operations, and helping implement systems that improve efficiency, governance, and patient flow across a busy surgical and medical aesthetics clinic.

The ideal candidate will be confident working closely with senior leadership, able to manage competing priorities, and comfortable taking ownership of tasks to ensure actions are followed through. This role goes beyond traditional PA duties and will suit someone who enjoys structure, accountability, and making complex operations run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities



Managing the Clinic Director's diary, scheduling meetings, consultations, and operational commitments Drafting, formatting, and sending clinical correspondence and letters as directed by the Clinic Director and senior clinicians. Coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, tracking minutes and actions, and following up outcomes. Acting as a central point of contact between clinicians, nursing staff, admin teams, and external stakeholders Supporting governance processes, documentation, and compliance-related administration Assisting with implementation and maintenance of operational systems and workflows Tracking tasks, deadlines, and defined KPIs to ensure priorities are delivered Supporting optimisation of patient flow, scheduling, and communication processes Managing emails, correspondence, and instructions on behalf of the Clinic Director Handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism

Requirements



Proven experience in a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or senior administrative role Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks Comfortable with the use of AI and happy to pivot, innovate, learn & implement new tools to improve efficiency. Excellent written and verbal communication skills Confidence using Microsoft Office, AI, Canva and Google Workspace Ability to work independently, follow instructions accurately, and anticipate needs Comfortable working in a fast-paced, regulated, professional environment High attention to detail and a structured approach to work Experience in healthcare, private practice, or a regulated environment is desirable but not essential

Pay: 13.00-13.50 per hour
