Personal Assistant

to support our Director in both business and personal contexts.

The ideal candidate will bring strong administrative skills, sharp attention to detail, and a high level of discretion. A basic understanding of the gaming industry--especially platforms like Roblox--will be valuable for navigating our work culture and priorities.

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Director, including managing calendars, appointments, and reminders. Assist with business-related communications, including emails, letters, and scheduling across time zones. Handle a variety of clerical tasks such as filing, preparing documents, and record keeping. Answer phone calls with professionalism and demonstrate excellent phone and written etiquette. Use Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) for managing documentation, spreadsheets, and presentation materials. Coordinate virtual meetings and prepare briefings, agendas, and supporting materials. Take ownership of a broad and often changing list of tasks--ranging from business logistics to light personal errands--with reliability and discretion.

Requirements

Prior experience in an administrative or support role is preferred. Proficiency with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) is essential. Strong organisational and time management skills; able to juggle multiple priorities. Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills. Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a remote setting. High level of confidentiality, accuracy, and attention to detail. A positive attitude, proactive problem-solving ability, and eagerness to learn.

Familiarity or light knowledge of the gaming space (especially Roblox or digital platforms) is a bonus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 22,880.00-38,537.56 per year
