We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to support the Director in daily operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills and be adept in managing various tasks efficiently. This role requires excellent communication abilities, attention to detail, and proficiency in both Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Director, including managing schedules and appointments.
Handle data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring all records are up to date.
Assist with financial documentation using Accounting Software, including invoicing and expense tracking.
Maintain an organised filing system for both physical and digital documents.
Prepare reports and presentations as required, utilising Microsoft Office tools effectively.
Manage incoming calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
Coordinate meetings, including logistics such as venue booking and catering arrangements.
Support clerical functions such as typing correspondence and drafting emails.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth office operations.

Requirements
Proven administrative experience in a similar role is essential.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive).
Familiarity with Accounting is highly desirable but not mandatory.
Excellent typing skills with a keen eye for detail in data entry tasks.
Previous office experience is preferred, demonstrating an understanding of office dynamics.
