Office & Executive Support:
Provide administrative and secretarial support to the Managing Director and General Manager of the company.
Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring smooth workflows and professional standards.
Financial Administration:
Assist in preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial performance reports.
Manage invoices, purchase orders, credit control, and expense processing.
Monitor cash flow and support monthly and year-end financial reporting.
Ensure compliance with company financial policies and procedures.
Governance & Compliance:
Support preparation of board packs, company filings, and compliance documentation.
Maintain accurate company records and ensure adherence to statutory requirements.
Key Requirements:
Proven experience as an Office Manager, Executive Assistant, or Company Secretary with exposure to financial administration.
Strong financial skills including bookkeeping, budget monitoring, and reporting.
Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of accounting systems (e.g., Sage) desirable.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
