We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to support the Managing Director within our Banking division.
This role requires exceptional coordination, communication and administrative skills to ensure the MD's activities, meetings and priorities are managed effectively.

We are looking for someone who can provide high-quality personal assistance, maintain confidentiality at all times and act as a trusted partner to senior leadership.
You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations and supporting broader Banking initiatives.
Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively manage the MD's diary, workload, inbox and daily activities.
  • Prepare and coordinate materials for meetings, presentations and follow-up actions.
  • Organise calls, video conferences and internal/external meetings.
  • Prepare agendas, take notes/minutes and track actions for Senior Leadership and ad-hoc meetings.
  • Plan and manage events including townhalls, conferences, workshops and team days.
  • Manage expenses, mileage and national/international travel bookings (Concur, TMC, Egencia).
  • Maintain confidential documents, raise/manage Purchase Orders (Coupa) and oversee SharePoint content.
  • Liaise with clients and PAs, support new joiner processes, assist P&C projects and manage the Banking administrator.
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
  • Solid experience in a similar office-based PA role.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organisational abilities and strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently, using initiative and demonstrating tenacity.
  • High level of computer literacy across Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Confident negotiating and influencing skills.
  • Ability to effectively manage individuals.
  • A clear understanding of confidentiality and professional conduct.
