We are seeking a compassionate Personal Care Assistant to provide essential support to my 21 year old daughter in our home and out and about .The ideal candidate will assist with daily tasks, personal care, and companionship to enhance the quality of her life .
Responsibilities
- Communicate effectively with her and us to understand and fulfil care requirements
Honesty and integrity and respect is essential!
- Assist with personal hygiene, grooming and dressing .
- Engage her in meaningful activities and provide emotional support
- Accompany her to appointments or outings as required
Qualifications
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal
- Experience working with young adults with a disability is essential
- A valid driving licence is required for assisting her with transportation
