We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support. Responsibilities



Manage and maintain schedules, appointments, and meetings using calendar management tools. Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace. Handle data entry tasks accurately, ensuring all records are up-to-date and organised. Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks, including invoicing and expense tracking. Respond to phone calls with professional etiquette, screening and directing calls as appropriate. Maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical, ensuring easy retrieval of information. Support with general administrative duties such as photocopying, scanning, and ordering office supplies. Organise and accompany clients of viewings Organise maintenence issues and arrange repairs where needed be involved in expansion of the market presence, drive sales, and build lasting client relationships. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including leads generation, prospecting, and establishing connections with potential clients across various sectors. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and customer needs. Provide strategic insights to inform business decisions. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals and drive revenue growth. Work closely with the management to align business development strategies and report on performance Provide practical assistance where necessary.

Experience



Previous administrative or clerical experience is desirable Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar). Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. Excellent typing speed and accuracy for data entry tasks. Good phone etiquette and professional communication skills. This role requires a dedicated individual capable of multitasking efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism. The successful candidate will be an integral part of our team, supporting daily operations through exceptional organisational abilities and administrative expertise.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temp to perm
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: From 12.21 per hour
